This is also an amendment because we are updating the rates sheets. The contract allows for rates to increase on the published PP, so the current rates are increasing by 2.013%. We are also deleting some un- used line items and adding other line items from Sensus’ catalog. Attached is the “Renewal and First Amendment” form, along with a revised Exhibit A and a new COI. Please route through contract review for a Coordination Sheet. With Agenda Deadline on Tuesday, we may miss the upcoming BCC meeting. V'd like to try though. © Mark Mark Wise, P.E.
