Dear Mr. Stage:
We are pleased to provide the County with five (5) copies of the Conformed Construction documents for the
Cell Phone Waiting Area project. These documents include five copies of the project manual and five copies of
the Release for Construction drawings. Cathey Construction has executed their portion of the contract and will
provide their bonds and insurance certificates upon receipt of the fully executed contract and Notice of Award.
We believe that submittal of these Conformed Construction documents to the County completes our Scope of
Work under Task Order No. 1, Cell Phone Waiting Area.
