Mrs. Fedorak asked the committee members to provide her with
their conflict of interest forms prior to leaving. She stated
the no contact period ends when the Board makes the award and
explained the records will become public 30 days after submitted
or Board makes an award.
Mr. Peacock made motion, seconded by Mr. Boyles, to adjourn the
meeting. 5 yeas.
The Audit Selection Committee was adjourned at 10:28 p.m.
