AMENDMENT ONE TO RITE WAY SERVICE, INC. JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE NORTHWEST FLORIDA REGIONAL AIRPORT This AMENDMENT ONE is entered into effective this day of , 2012, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF THE FIRST PART) and RITE WAY SERVICE, INC., (hereinafter referred to as PARTY OF THE SECOND PART). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART entered into the original contract dated June 6, 2011 with a current expiration date of June 6, 2013. WHEREAS, this Amendment One shall be subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements to be kept, performed and observed by PARTY OF THE SECOND PART as stipulated in the original contract agreement not otherwise amended in this amendment. WHEREAS, the PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and the PARTY OF THE SECOND PART, each in consideration of the agreements to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree to the following sections being added to the CONTRACT: SECTION 1: SCOPE OF WORK AJUSTMENT The new addition to the Terminal has been opened for public use and this addition will add Five Thousand (5,000) square feet to the CONTRACT. The PARTY OF THE SECOND PART will add ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND NINETY FIVE CENTS ($1,320.95) to the current monthly fee for a total monthly fee of TWENTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY TWO DOLLARS AND SIXTY EIGHT CENTS ($20,342.68). SECTION 2: ENTIRE AMENDMENT This amendment consists of the following: Sections | to 2.
