RESOLUTION 2021 -3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2020 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2021 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution 2020- 19, adopted on September 23, 2020 authorizes amendments to the FY 2020- 21 budget by resolution; and WHEREAS, due to donations, grants, disposal of fixed assets, and other actions that have revised the City' s FY 2020- 21 Adopted Budget, it is prudent to otherwise amend the FY 2020- 21 budget as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. There is appropriated $ 2, 119, 437 from donations and grants from unrestricted fund balance increasing the General Fund budget to $ 33, 919, 175. Section 2. There is appropriated $ 10, 500 from grant revenue increasing the Law Enforcement Trust Fund budget to $24,902. Section 3. There is appropriated$ 198, 719 from grant revenue increasing the CDBG Fund budget to $454, 555. Section 4. There is appropriated $ 244,600 from unrestricted fund balance increasing the budget for the Utilities Fund to $ 12, 287, 273. Section 5.
