Jerry Coker, 308 Leah Miller Drive, was appointed to the Board of Adjustment on August 26, 2003 four a four -year term until August 25, 2007, and reappointed on August 14, 2007 for a second f nn -year term until August 14, 2011. Mr. Coker resigned from the Board on July 20, 2010, leaving a vacancy until August 14, 2011. 2. DISCUSSION: 2. 1. The Board of Adjustment acts on variance requests and membership is limited to City residents.
