White, 585 Fairway Court, was appointed to the Municipal Planning Board on August 14, 2007, for a four -year term until August 14, 2011. Mr. White has been contacted and will serve a second four -year term if appointed by Council. 2. DISCUSSION: 2. 1. The Municipal Planning Board acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council on rezonings and vacating of streets and alleys, maintains a current Comprehensive Plan and presents to the City Council recommended changes to the Plan, and reports to Council with recommendations of any matter which affects the Plan. 2.2. At any time Council may submit a nominee for consideration and an applications must be filled out prior to an appointment. Membership on this Board is limited to City residents and registered voters. 2. 3. There is another application on file with the City Clerk, in addition to the incumbent: INCUMBENT: Darryl J.
