to help him as much as I could since my mother is 80 years old and just couldn' t a
really handle this but didn' t want my parents to know this. I had take on too
much by myself. I didn' t want my dad and mom worrying about me. My parents
knew anyway but I tried to not let them know I was breaking down. On top of
everything I lost my father. We all were devastated from all of this and it added
more on me with seeing my mother losing my father and everyone else as well.
Now, I hope you can see where my head was then, and I really didn' t even think I
had to go to see you since I fixed the problems for cleaning the lot up. I am
thinking that when I was supposed to go I was dealing with my father and
cancelled the meeting because he was dying. I really just didn' t get it about these
liens and thought I fixed the problem. I also remembered I called the second time
and canceled it since my daughter' s best friend lost her mother suddenly, and it
was on the same day, so I was there with her. She hardly has any family so
wanted to be there for her, it was just horrible, absolutely horrible how she died.
I am a person that will help anyone in need, I care about others. On the other
hand I also can' t tolerate people lying to people to gain money and not take
responsibility that this insurance tried to do with me and my property. I do have
to see how I can fight this financial institution since it' s been around five years, I
just couldn' t take anything else.
Anyway, I am now trying to start a new life and think I can fight some again but
I will see if it is worth it or not. I am coming out of this more and more so now I
finally got a contract for my lots( used to be home) for not enough to pay at all,
but in hopes that the IRS will give me some room and also the second mortgage.
The Attorney I paid way back in the beginning got my first mortgage paid off, but
with all the properties going down in value I just can' t get much for my property.
Please, can you help me for these fines for monies owed? I am still trying to put
the pieces together in my mind, but just can' t piece everything what I went
through. I was devastated when I saw all of this on my property when Ed Moore
sent me what happened and the fines. I have nothing, absolutely nothing, and
living with my mom. I feel horrible having to rely on my mother and have been
trying to work but can' t get anything to close. I really don' t know what way to go
but am starting to try and pick up the pieces with my children to move on with

our lives. My children saw me go through this and didn' t know they saw me a
depressed, but found out they did. Now, on top of all of this I need to have major
surgery and been living with this problem a year already but do not have
insurance nor money to go have this surgery myself. I went to Vocational
Rehabilitation last year and am still waiting for surgery. I have been dealing with
this medical problem for a year and it isn' t pleasant at all, it' s a lot of pain, but I
found out what happens when you don' t have either. I can' t get Medicaid since I
have this property and can' t pay a thousand a month for insurance. 1 tried to see
about all the ways I could get my surgery and this was my last option. I hope I will
have it soon so I can get my health back as much as I can. I just need to get
everything resolved so when I go into major surgery I will need to focus on getting
better, and that is another reason I would like to get this resolved as quickly as I
can. Is there any way I can get on the books for March 27`" so I can resolve these
liens I have on my property or resolve it another way. I really don' t want the
public to know all that my family and I went through, but am sharing this with you
and your city council. I would like to speak to you before this since I don' t know
how you resolve these issues at your city council meetings. Since I finally have a
contract on my property and have to negotiate all the liens on it, I hope 1 can
close on this property with all these expensive liens on my property. I don' t know
if they will negotiate this, but this was a total shock when I saw all these fees
today. If you can get these liens off without the public hearing all about my family
and my problems with depression and all that my children went through and still
is, this would be appreciated. It' s a small town and everyone knows everyone
else' s business, so would want this to be confidential if you don' t mind.
Respectfully,
Kathi Thomas
