Tim Bolduc,
I was informed this today that I had two liens on my property with large fines
for money concerning my property at location: 653 Country Club Ave., N. E., Fort
Walton Beach Florida, 32547. The dates for these liens are for 11 -19 -2008 and 5-
10 -2011. 1 had no idea that monies was calculating on my property at all. I found
out about this when I had a search of my property since I finally got a contract to
sell land for whatever I could get out of it. I actually had a home on this property
and lost everything in my home. I don' t have a home now, just land to sell and a
long battle with the insurance company and Mortgage Company. I would like to
explain all that has happened, in which I just went into mental depression, and
physically exhausted concerning circumstances surrounding this property and
much, more for problems. I didn' t grasp that these liens had money accruing on
my property as well since this search didn' t show these fines on it. I about fell
over when I saw the email from Ed Moore with all these fines on it. I wished I
would have understand exactly what this means when it comes to these types of
situations. f have never experienced anything like this before, so just didn' t
understand all for these liens and accrued monies. When I talked to Ed Moore I
didn' t even remember a lot of it and now am trying to piece together what
exactly went on for my property. I had been so devastated for everything else
that was going on at the same time as this situation and want to explain myself
now. Please read what has happened and you will then see a lot has happened to
me all at once and just was a domino effect that just put me in this depression.
I bought this property back in December of 2005 after working hard for years,
mostly by home since I have many injuries from previous accidents. I have had my

jaw broken, two surgeries for my neck with titanium plates and screws, my lower a
lumbar and pelvic area bulges and hernias, so it' s a big struggle everyday with
these injuries. I wouldn' t go on disability since I knew I could make it mentally so
went down that route instead. Boy, did I learn some valuable lessons about
people who would say anything for money and just plain dishonest people. I have
been told many times that I am gullible and believed everything someone says
since I couldn' t understand why people would lie about things. Well. I found out
the hard way. I am a single woman with three children and worked hard to
achieve my goals to take care of my children all these years. Now, when I bought
this home I bought it because I needed the space not only for my children, but
knew I would need to move my parents in at one point to take care of them, since
my dad was ailing with COPD and Emphysema. I also was helping an elderly man
that I heard about who was legally blind and death. I thought I would need to
help him as well, but he passed on. Well, about six months later after I bought
the house there was a storm that blew water in my tresses and water started
coming down in my living room. I called a friend to get tarp on the roof until the
insurance company could see this damage and get this situation resolved. Well,
that didn' t work out at all; the insurance person they sent out came to my house
to check out the damage on my roof and told me that day I would have to pay for
it, it was my fault. After they left the contractor went back on the roof and saw
that the tarp was never cut to see what the damage was, so now knew they never
got on the roof to access the damage, and was lying to me saying it was my fault
and I had to pay for it. Well, that was now a huge problem and I knew I would
need an Attorney since they kept lying to everyone. Now, what I did was ask the
inspector and an engineer ( personally I paid for this) to go through my property to
make sense of all of this and they did. The inspector told me he was smelling
mold, not the mold you get in your bathroom from time to time, it was a certain
mold that he told me to hire someone to get samples for tests to see what kind of
mold it was, so I did. Well, I got the results back and it stated I had the black killer
mold, stachybotrys. I then called the lab to understand what this means and they
said get yourself and three children out now; this mold can kill you, so I did
exactly what they said. Now, my children and I have never been a part and I was
trying to place them in different houses while I see what in the world to do. We

couldn' t take much out cause they said that the mold will adhere to everything a
and grow, so we lost all my children and family memorabilia, furniture, clothes,
shoes, you name it we lost everything, and we were all was sick about this
happening. When I found this out I also showed the insurance company what the
lab says and they ignored this and ripped out all my ceilings. I later found out that
when they did all this it spread all over my home. I would have thought that the
insurance company would know you don' t rip out the ceilings when you have
mold like this, especially since hurricane Katrina where this mold grew on so many
homes. Well, the lies kept coming and I had to fight. I had to pay for an Attorney,
experts, rental homes while paying my mortgages, and everything else I had to
pay for. By the way, now since they spread that killer mold all over my house the
house had to be demoulaged, so now we don' t have a home for my family and
me. I had to pay for the mortgages on top of rentals, coupled with starting from
scratch like clothes; all the necessities that my children and I needed, and lit
killed me to know I lost all my children' s and families memorabilia, I' ll never get
that back. That was a big blow to all of us; it really was another huge expense.
Now, at the same time I was dealing with this situation, I also had put my
money into a financial instruction that I specifically told this employer that I only
want a money market account, I will never put my money tied to any stocks, I just
didn' t believe in it. I also told him that if I needed my money at anytime, so knew
that this money and interest was sitting in my account, I was mistaken, boy was I
mistaken. Anyway, I asked this same person at the financial institution to open
another accountjust like the one I had already opened with the money market, so
he sent me the paperwork to sign and that' s where he got me. I didn' t know
