SUBJECT: Hangar Lease Renewal

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed hangar lease renewal for Mr. Jerry Nutt, Block 7 Lot 3,
at the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach Airport is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners
for approval.
BACKGROUND: On August 17, 2004 the Board approved a generic Hangar Lease for hangar
renewals. Mr. Nutt requests to exercise his option to renew his hangar lease. Mr. Nutt is in
compliance with all terms and conditions of his Lease. Mr. Nutt's certificate of insurance is
attached along with the contract and lease internal coordination sheet.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Lease
Renewal as described above.
