STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Provide an update to the Board regarding the status of the County
Administrator recruitment.
BACKGROUND: As a result of the County Administrator’s announcement of his retirement in
2013, the Board approved contracting with Colin Baenziger & Associates' executive recruiting
firm to recruit and hire a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of County Administrator.
