Sponsor agrees to comply with the following special provisions which are
hereby incorporated
into this Agreement.
1. Drug Free Workplace
By signing this Agreement, the Sponsor is providing the certification set out below. If it is
later determined that the Sponsor
knowingly rendered a false certification, or otherwise
violates the requirements of the
Drug- Free Workplace Act, the Department of Agriculture
Natural Resources Conservation Service ( hereinafter " Service"),
in addition to other remedies
available to the Federal Government, take action under the
