Dear Mark:
Following up on our recent phone conversation, this is to advise you that our rates for
pension- related legal services will increase effective
January 1, 2005, as follows: The hourly
rate formy and other shareholders' services will be $ 215. 00
per hour; associate attorneys who
work with me on pension matters will be
billed at the rate of 175. 00
per hour; and paralegals
working under my supervision will be billed at the rate of $100. 00
per hour ( the current rates are
210, $ 170, and $ 95
respectively).
A fee increase is
something we do not take lightly. We have given careful consideration
to the factors necessitating this
change. In view of our
longstanding professional relationship
with the City of Fort Walton Beach, the new rates outlined above are still well below
our
standard rates for other clients.
