BACKGROUND: Task Order 173 is being revised to reflect the media plan per the amended FY 2015-16 Strategic Marketing Plan adopted by the Board on December 15, 2015. The task order is also being revised to state the agency has fulfilled its obligations upon media placement and should not be required to await reimbursement contingent upon the County’s receipt of co-op partner payment. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve Peter Mayer Task Order 173 Revised titled FY16 SMP Co- op Packages Pass Through Costs in the amount of $250,740, and authorize the Chairman to sign. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
