ISSUE: Willow Creek Plantation Phase I Re- Plat, a proposed re-plat of lot 10, Block “A” (as recorded
in the Public Records of Okaloosa County, BK 25, PG 34) as submitted by Innerlight Engineering
Corporation on behalf of Willow Creek Plantation of Crestview, LLC. The proposed re-plat consists of
converting a platted residential lot to an amenity area due to the availability of existing infrastructure.
Pursuant to 177.051, (2) FS…”any change in a plat shall be labeled a re-plat. The property is zoned
Airport Compatibility .5 (AC-.5) and has a FLUM designation of Airport Compatibility .5 (AC-.5). The
subject lot contains 0.68 acres more or less. The subject lot is located on Wayne Rogers Road, Crestview.

STAFF FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Notwithstanding any other facts that may be
presented to the contrary, the requested conversion of a residential lot to an amenity area is consistent
with the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code.
