(RFB PW 58-16) BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On August 2, 2016 the Board approved award to Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. to provide base and milling materials. This is an as-needed, unit price based contract and there are no guaranteed quantities to be purchased. The contract is complete and is ready for the Chairman’s signature. Staff requests approval of the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. and requests authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. to provide base milling materials and associated supplies and the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with Anderson Columbia Company, Inc. to provide asphalt materials and associated supplies and authorization for the Chairman to sign the document. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
