To Whom It May Concern:
Champion Contractors, Inc. hereby warrants all labor performed at the above mentioned job site, in
accordance with the contract, drawings, specifications, alterations and additions thereto, for a period
of (1) one year from date of installation. This warranty does not include nonnal wear and tear, and/or
produd abuse.
Under this warranty, Champion Contractors, Inc., will be provided the opportunity to have one of its
representatives assess any defect identified to be caused by Champion Contractors, Inc.
employees and/or material installed by Champion Contractors, Inc. If said damage is judged to be
the fault of Champion Contractors, Inc. workmanship, Champion Contractors, Inc. will at no cost to
the Owner repair or replace the defective work.
