AMENDMENT TWO T0 AIRPORT MANAGEMENT SERVICES d/b/a HUDSON GROUP This AMENDMENT TWO is entered into effective this day of , 2015, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”) and HUDSON GROUP (hereinafter referred to as “HUDSON™). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the HUDSON entered into the original contract dated June 7, 2004 with a current expiration date of June 6, 2019. WHEREAS, this Amendment Two shall be subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements to be kept, performed and observed by HHUDSON as stipulated in the original contract and Amendment No. One not otherwise amended in this Amendment No. Two. WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the HUDSON, each in consideration of the agreements to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound do hereby agree to the following sections being added to the contract: SECTION 1: This agreement will begin and will commence on April 1, 2015 and continue throughout the term of the original contract unless earlier terminated by either party with a minimum sixty (60) day notice. SECTION 2: HUDSON requested and has been granted the right to rent additional space for storage shown in Exhibit A. HUDSON shall pay an annual fee to be billed monthly installments, and is payable to Okaloosa County, 1701 State Road 85 N, Eglin AFB, FL 32542-1498. The requested storage space is ONE THOUSAND (1,000) square feet at FIVE DOLLARS (85.00) per square foot per year for a total annual cost of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5.000.00) or FOUR HUNDRED SIXTEEN DOLLARS AND SIXTY SEVEN CENTS (8416.67) monthly plus tax. This is an inducement agreement based upon the vacation of 1,000 square feet in the Cargo building; and in satisfaction thereof the rent in Section 2 is abated for two (2) years ($10,000.00). At the end of the abatement period the rent shall be based on the prevailing market rate. SECTION 3: The fee shall be increased annually to reflect the increase in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI”) from the date of the original execution hereof by both parties. The “CPI” shall be the revised Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers for all items — U.S. City Average, published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S. Department of Labor, 1982- 84+100 (CPI-U). SECTION 4: This amendment consists of the following: Sections 1 to 4.
