The activities that are included are descnibed in "Scope of Services." SCOPE OF SERVICES The CONTRACTOR (World Fiber Technologies, Inc.) agrees to perform the technical and consi ruction related services in accordance with contract C 10­ 1838~ IS dated November 17 th , 2010 as requested and directed by the OWNER. 1. Furnish and install 2" conduit system from PB9262 to Bldg 3069 on Duke Field by HDD. 2. Connect to existing conduit duct bank system at building 5105. 3. Install OWNER provided pul'l boxes on Duke Field and site 5105 area. 4. Install concrete collars. Insta'l'Iation of concrete collars will be billed at the rate of 3 conduit/fiber repair crew hours each. 5. Install OWNER provided 48 SM Corning FOC from PB9262 to Bldg 3069 on Duke Field. 6. Install OWNER provided 96 SM Corning FOC from PB9364 to Bldg 5105. 2  Okaloosa County Information Systems Fiber Optic Maintenance Contract Number C 10-1838-IS Task Order 19 (B44 - 5105 - Duke Fiber Diversity) COMPENSATION PROVISIONS As compensation for providing the services under this Task Order, the OWNER shall pay the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the November 17th, 20 I 0 agreement for the actual work completed and accepted by the OWNER. Invoicing must show specific quantities and grouped by each assigned task with sufficient detail to fully report results, conclusions, and recommendations as required. Each invoice will also show total to date of all invoices under this task order. The Not to Exceed (NTE) amount for this task order is: __$42,000.00_ __ PERIOD OF SERVICE The schedule for the services provided under this task order shall be in accordance with the November 17, 2010 Agreement and will remain in effect until the scope of work is complete or until the NTE amount is reached or otherwise terminated by the OWNER.
