Subject: Transfer of Property Sylvania Heights _ Barry Gray
Here is a very rough real property transfer agreement for Barry Gray and the property
that we have been discussing in Sylvania Heights. I am also attaching the statutory
provision governing this. If this agreement and the form of deed is acceptable to Mr.
Gray, we can finalize the agreement and take it to the Board for their consideration. We
need to send notices to adjacent property owners prior to closing on the property and
they have 10 days to say they will buy it. I suggest we finalize the agreement, send the
notices and then if no one responds, we can take the agreement to the Board. I will
prepare a resolution for the approval. I gave Mr. Gray 120 days to clean up the
property. Let me know if that is realistic. We don't want to drag this on too much before
he is required to clean it up. Let me know if you have any comments.
