RESOLUTION NO. 13 - ________ AMENDING RESOLUTION 13-147
The Board of County Commissioners approves this Resolution, thereby amending
Resolution 13-147 to include:
WHEREAS, Michael and Dawn McArdle petitioned the Board of County
Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida, to vacate a portion of the east-west alleyway
through Block 53 in the Townsite of Port Dixie located in Shalimar, Florida, more particularly
described as follows.
The 20 foot wide alleyway bounded on the north by Lots 19, 20, 21 and the East 5 feet
of Lot 22, and bounded on the south by Lots 8, 9, 10 and the East 5 feet of Lot 7, all in
Block 53, Townsite of Port Dixie according to plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 64,
65, and 66.
And
WHEREAS, the Board has considered the same and heard the proposal in detail.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Okaloosa County, Florida, that the petition of the above named party to vacate property
hereby described is hereby granted as follows:

DULY PASSED AND ADOPTED in the regular session this 5th day of
November, 2013.
