Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2- 266, Purchasing policies and procedures,
Fort Walton Beach Code of Ordinances, request authorization to award the
Chemical Tree Root Treatment for Sewer Lines Contract to Duke' s Root Control,
Inc., New York. The City will piggyback the City of Coral
Springs'
Syracuse,
Bid # 03- B- 091 approved on April I, 2003.
