Synopsis: City Attorney has submitted her resignation effective September 30, 2010. City Attorney' s contract requires that ninety ( 90) days notice be given when resigning. 3. 2 Process to Replace City Attorney. Synopsis: Council to direct course of action for the replacement of the City Attorney. 4. ADJOURNMENT Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
