installation of a concrete paver walkway at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport for $24,920.

BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On May 19, 2015 the Board approved the request presented
by Purchasing for approval of the bid by Floridian Construction for the installation of a concrete
paver walkway at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (RFB AP 32-15) for $24,920. Staff has
prepared the contract and requests approval of the contract and authorization for the Chairman to
sign the document. The proposed construction duration is 60 days from the issuance of the
Notice to Proceed.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny approval of contract with Floridian Construction for the installation
of a concrete paver walkway at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (RFB AP 32-15) for
$24,920 and authorize the Chairman to sign the document.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with Floridian
