BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: March 19, 2013 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Dave Skarzynski, Budget Manager SUBJECT: Approval of Budget Resolutions & Transfers Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Law Enforcement Trust Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for confiscated property proceeds in the amount of $14,537. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Municipal Services Benefit Unit Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for street lighting fees and miscellaneous revenue in the amount of $7,004. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Road/Bridge Construction Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Enterprise Florida, Inc for Downs Road intersection improvements grant in the amount of $181,245. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for charges for services, rents and equipment proceeds in the amount of $42,020. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Trustee of Settlement Trust for BP Exploration and Production Inc for gulf tourism and seafood promotional grant in the amount of $450,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Self Insurance Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for subrogation income and insurance proceeds in the amount of $35,000. BT-13-28 to transfer reserves to County Extension building for prior year expenditures not completed before September 30, 2012.
