Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget, General Fund, from Okaloosa County Sheriff Department for additional revenue, in the amount of $339,787. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget, General Fund, from Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for food commodities grant, in the amount of $2,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget, General Fund, from Florida Department of Revenue (FDOR) for reimbursement for successful judicial and administrative summons and/or writs of bodily attachment at the prevailing rate of Federal Financial Participation grant, in the amount of $11,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget, General Fund, from United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) for significant incident response enhancements and safe exchange and cops hiring carryforward grants, in the amount of $107,247. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2017 Budget, General Fund, from Florida Department of Library and Information Services (FDLIS) for state aid to libraries carryforward grants, in the amount of $229,856. Budget Transfer, BT-17-06, Airport Enterprise Fund, move reserves to operating and capital outlay accounts, in the amount of $314,495. Budget Transfer, BT-17-07, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, move reserves to capital outlay for FY16 carryforward of purchase of replacement scale at Baker landfill, in the amount of $120,000. Budget Transfer, BT-17-08, County Transportation Trust Fund, local match for Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for Gap Creek watershed carryforward grant, in the amount of $29,351. Budget Transfer, BT-17-09, Tourist Development Fund, local match for Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FFWCC) for artificial reef construction carryforward grant, in the amount of $67,000. Budget Transfer, BT-17-10, Road/Bridge Construction Fund, local match from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for PJ Adams design and right-of-way carryforward grant, in the amount of $1,509,264. Budget Transfer, BT-17-11, Supervisor of Elections - General Fund, local match from Florida Department of State (FDOS) for Federal elections activities (HAVA) carryforward grant, in the amount of $3,110. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions & Transfers.
