Millie Thrush, 316 Sudduth Circle, addressed the Emerald Coast Bridge Authority' s idea for a

and that would not be in the best interest of Fort Walton Beach. Further discussion included there
is no representative from the City on the Emerald Coast Bridge Authority.
Mr. Holmes advised that while he may not necessarily agree with a bridge at the Hollywood
location, any statement by Council at this time may be premature. Mr. Holmes suggested Council
allow the process to go further and see what the Bridge Authority ultimately recommends,
Council acknowledged that their action may have no effect on where a bridge is built, but it will
place the City on record of their feelings toward that location.
