AN ORDINANCE, Prohibiting any perscin or persons from committing a bare assault on the person of another4and providing a penalty for the violation thereof.. BE IT ORDAIN BY Ti' CITY COUNCII, OF THE TOWN OF CA.111) WALTON:. Section 1:- That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to commit a bare assault upon the person of another, Within the corporate limits of the Town of Camp Walton. Section 2:".That any person or persons violating the lst section of this ordinance ,shall be deemed guilty of. a misdemeanor, and upon convic- tion -shal.-1 be punished by a fine of not less than $1. 00. nor more than anik_Obsts-lof prosecution; or be confined in the Town Jail g§cm at 10. 00,- -__ hard labor upon the streets of said town, for a period of not more than ten days.
