Ernie - The Ocean City Fire District approved at its meeting last night, a Land Transfer Agreement which would
transfer their lease interest to them as fee simple. They will be forwarding three original agreements to your office
today or tomorrow. For the Board to approve the land transfer agreement, they will need to adopt a resolution. I
have previously prepared the resolution and will forward it to you on Monday when I am in the County. This
matter should be scheduled for the Boards August 5 agenda. There was an initial issue raised as to the extent of
property sought by the District but Jason Autrey has met with them and we have resolved those issues. If you have
any questions please get with me.
