BACKGROUND: On October 16, 2012, Okaloosa County entered into a contract with Lord & Son for design-build services for the renovation of the Shalimar Annex. The contract was approved by the Board of County Commissioners as presented, but one or more necessary supplemental documents were not included in the executed contract.
