maintaining landfill operations in accordance with FDEP permit
requirements. Trinity will prepare, document and maintain a log of inspection findings; such as
recovery well pump operation, flow rate and operational usage, sedimentation basin integrity,
standing water, overgrown vegetation, and will provide the information electronically to the
County after each inspection. The inspections and documentation will provide key information
that will be utilized to enhance operational efficiencies at the landfill and ultimately maintain
compliance with the FDEP.
Preble-Rish and its subcontractor Trinity will conduct these monthly inspections for $700 per
inspection for a Lump Sum total of $8,400. These above costs are annual fees based on semi-
annual sampling and submittal of a combined compliance and remedial action report.
SCHEDULE
Trinity, under subcontract to Preble-Rish, will schedule the sampling events and related
laboratory services approximately one month in advance. Also, Trinity will inform the FDEP of
the planned sampling events 14 days in advance.
