RE: Okaloosa County Budget for
State Attorney Office for
FY 2012-2013
Dear Mr. Padgett:
This is to advise you that we request the sum of $21,712.10 to be transferred from Reserves into
Operating Supplies (55201) for the current fiscal year. We are in the process of ordering 20 new
desk top computers to replace computers that are over 5 years or older for our Okaloosa County
offices, as well as having to order Microsoft Word for all computers. Our STAC system is being
overhauled by CIP and they will no longer support WordPerfect as the word processing system

for the new STACWeb that our offices will be using.
Please place this budget request on your next board meeting and let me know when it will be. I
also request that you notify William Bishop of the date and time of the board meeting. Please
do not hesitate to contact me, or Charles Bourne our IT Director, if you should have any
questions.
Sincerely,
