5. Filing and Notification
Filing with County Commissioners: A copy of this completed Feasibility Study will be
provided to the Okaloosa County no later than 15 days prior to the item being presented
to City Council.
Public Notice: In accordance with Land Development Code 9. 04. 04., a mailed notice has
been sent to all property owners within 300 feed of the property being annexed. The
mailed notice contained the following information:
Annexation Proposal Description: This annexation will be for parcel 36- 1 S -24-
0540- 000C- 0030 with an address of 3 Wedgewood Lane NE
Public Hearing Information: There will be two public hearings for the proposed
annexation. These hearings will be
October 8, 2024, at 6: 00 pm in the City Council Chambers.
October 22, 2024, at 6: 00 pm in the City Council Chambers.
