STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A contract renewal for Public Financial Management, Inc. from
October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014 is requested.
BACKGROUND: Public Financial Management, Inc. previously entered into an agreement that
was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on September 21, 2010 for consultant
services providing financial advisory services. Staff requests authorization to renew this
agreement for an additional year. The contract renewal form, contract and lease internal
coordination form, and the certificate of insurance are attached.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the contract
renewal as described above.
