STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Pursuant to F.S. 286.0114, the Board needs to adopt a Resolution
establishing the public’s right to be heard.
BACKGROUND: Upon the advice of legal counsel (in attached message), the Board needs to
adopt a formal Resolution establishing the public’s right to be heard.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approval of attached Resolution.
