CRA Board of Commissioners on August 23, 2005, for an unexpired term until February 23, 2008, and reappointed on February 12 2008, for a four -year term until February 11, 2012. However, Mr. Kennedy's resignation dated April 21, 2010, leaves a vacancy for an unexpired term until February 11, 2012. 1. 4 The CRA Board of Commissioners guides future development in the redevelopment area. 1. 5 Per F.
