Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Appointment
BACKGROUND:
1. 1 joyce gossom,
25 Bay Drive SE, was appointed to the CRA Board of Commissioners on March
9, 2004, for an unexpired term until January 27, 2007, and reappointed on January 28, 2007, for
a four -year term until January 27, 2011. Due to the appointment of Ms. gossom to the City
Council on April 13, 2010, there is an unexpired vacancy until January 27, 2011.

Jason Legg, 82 Laurie Drive, was appointed to the CRA Board of Commissioners on January 8,
2008, for an unexpired term until April 10, 2010. Mr. Legg' s term expired and he did not wish to
be considered for reappointment; therefore, a vacancy exists for a four -year term.
1. 3 Charles ( Chuck)Kennedy, 39 Bay Drive NE, was appointed to the
