Following are the categories required to be addressed for the proposed ordinance: 1. Summary of proposed Ordinance 2172 This ordinance is to amend the zoning designation to one ( 1) parcel in the city of Fort Walton Beach. This is for Parcel ID Number 24- 2S- 24- 0000- 0135- 0000. The parcel is addressed as 245 Brooks Street SE. The proposed Zoning district is R-2 ( Multi -Family Residential). This ordinance is contingent upon approval of Ordinance 2172. 2. Estimate of the direct economic impact of the proposed ordinance on private, for-profit businesses in the city a. Estimate of direct compliance costs that businesses may reasonably incur if the ordinance is enacted. The is no business impact involved with this ordinance. b. Identification of any new charge or fee on businesses subject to the proposed ordinance or for which businesses will be financially responsible.
