BACKGROUND: The Emerald Coast Convention Center roof leaks in the sloped roof areas on the east and south sides of the facility has been identified as originating from deterioration of metal gutter system and metal roof panel seams. Construction drawings for correcting this deficiency are 90% complete. This is a budgeted improvement and funds are available for this purpose. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Issue a Request for Bid (RFB) for Emerald Coast Convention Center roof repair. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
