RESOLUTION NO. 2009-4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2008 THROUGH
SEPTEMBER 30, 2009 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO
APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS TO PAY FOR UPDATING THE COST
ALLOCATION PLAN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Authority
Resolution 2008-45, adopted on September 22, 2008, authorizes amendments to
the FY 2008-09 budget by resolution.
Section 2. General Fund Budget Amendment
City Council has authorized Maximus Consulting Services to update the City’s
Cost Allocation Plan at a cost not to exceed $10,500. Therefore, there is appropriated
$10,500 from undesignated fund balance increasing the General Fund budget from
$19,315,166 to $19,325,666.
Section 3. Effective Date
This resolution shall take effect immediately upon approval by the City Council
and signature by the Mayor.
