AMENDMENT No. 1 WARREN AVERETT, LLC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT C10-1809-BCC This Amendment made and entered into on this 4" day of August, 2015, applies to the “Warren Averett, LLC Professional Services Contract C10-1809-BCC, most recently updated on July 7, 2015, by and between Warren Averett, LLC, and Okaloosa County. In accordance with Article 11 “Additional Services” of the “Terms of Engagement, June 1, 2015” executed on July 7, 2015 between the parties as referenced above, the parties agree as follows: 1. Agreement C10-1809-BCC is hereby amended in accordance with Article 11 as stated above, to incorporate the additional services and fees as set forth in Exhibit “A”, titled “Terms of Engagement, July 7, 2015 attached hereto and incorporated by reference. 2. This Amendment shall be effective August 4, 2015 and shall automatically expire September 30, 2015. 3.
