Thanks. Virgil 1. List and location of all city owned property. Include appraised value ifknown and copies of any contracts/ leases/ licenses/ agreements in effect or planned for any property. 2. Copy of height- of-buildings study. Also, a copy of Air Force height- of-buildings study or limitation requirements. 3. Copy of Air Force documentation and/ or requirements that limited the building height to 50 feet at the fair grounds. ILu~ ivo"- 4. I would like to revisit the foot rint of the land we are sellinto the county. I would like to explore the possibility of obtaining Air Force approval to putting the retention ponds on eir property in the buffer zones. I definitely want to revisit footprint along the ffontage property and the destruction of the one ball field. I don' t believe the city and county residents fully understand the complete details ofthe sale. I do and I remain shocked. I just can' t fathom that we isolated the greatest portion of city property away from Lewis Turner; this will greatly hinder the city' s future use of the property. I am prepared to visit with the L county officials as well as the Air Force officials on this matter. 5. Copy ofproceedingslinformation/whatever that transpired when Jay adem sought approval for his high rise building in the CRA area. Need his plans if available and reasons for denial. 6. A detailed organizational chart for the city. Include any past or current prospectus on the realignment of city activities. 7. A detailed package of the salary and total compensation details for the charter officers, department heads, and other key players in the city government and services departments. This should include a copy of the contracts of the charter officers. Also would like to know the tenure of the major players. 8. I would like to know the history of any feedback program or suggestion program that is active or inactive within the city organizations. I strongly believe in active product improvement programs and will be looking for ways to improve the city' s product, service, to the customers ofthe city. 9. I would like to know what steps are necessary in obtaining permits in the city. I would like to see flowcharts if available and process times for events. This includes the steps where a project is subjected to review by the various boards and committees. One goal that I have is to improve the lead time and efficiency in obtaining permits so I need to know all the details of what and how we are currently doing. I guesss the above is enough for my first day on the job.
