STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Bids were opened on March 14, 2013. One (1) bid was received.
Hub City Ford (Crestview, FL) is the sole responsive bidder for a cost of $62,599.00 each (see
attached tab sheet).
BACKGROUND: Funding is available in the Water & Sewer FY 2013 budget; #4101-564304.
(See attached Budget sheet).
OPTIONS: Award or Reject.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff has reviewed the bid and recommends awarding to Hub City
Ford for a total cost of $125,198.00; they being the sole responsive bidder.
