WITNESSETH: That the first party, its successors and assigns, in consideration of the sum of one (1) dollar and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the second part its successors, and assigns, a temporary construction easement for the purpose of BACK SLOPE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY in, upon and through the following described land in Okaloosa County. 30 foot wide Temporary Construction Easement Commencing at a concrete monument marking the Southeast comer of Section 30, (Southwest comer of: Section 29), Township 3 North, Range 24 West, Okaloosa County, Florida, proceed North 01° 48’ 30” East 1746.90 feet along the East line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 30 to a point on the centerline of Gilmore Road; thence North 13° 26’ 36” West 84.78 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 1145.92 feet and a central angle of 12° 48’ 55”; thence Northwesterly along said curve an are distance of 256.31 feet (chord bearing and distance = North 07° 02’ 08” West 255.77 feet) to the end of the curve; thence North 00° 37’ 41” West 405.35 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 556.27 feet and a central angle of 11° 30’ 44”; thence Northwesterly along said curve an arc distance of 111.77 feet (chord bearing and distance = North 06° 23’ 03” West 110.89 feet) to’a point of continuous curve; thence Northwesterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 100.00 feet and a central angle of 63° 34’ 00” an arc distance of 110.95 feet (chord bearing and distance = North 43° 55’ 25” West 105.34 feet) to end of curve; thence North 75° 42’ 25” West 1668.97 feet; thence leaving the centerline of Gilmore Road proceed North 14° 17’ 35” East 33.00 feet to the Point of Beginning, said point lying on the northerly right-of-way of Gilmore Road; continue North 14° 17° 35” East 30 feet; thence North 75° 42° 25” West parallel to the centerline of Gilmore Road for 338.44 feet to the beginning ofa curve to the left having a radius of 17,251.76 and a central angle of 00° 27’ 13”; thence Westerly along said curve an arc distance of 136.56 feet (chord bearing and distance = North 75° 56’ 02” West 136.56 feet); thence South 14° 17° 35” East 30.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Gilmore Road, said point is on a curve to the right having a radius of 17,221.76 and a central angle of 00° 27’ 16”; thence Southeasterly along said curve an arc distance 136.56 feet (chord bearing and distance = South 75° 56’ 03” East 136.56 feet); thence continue along the Northerly right-of-way of Gilmore Road South 75° 42’ 25” West 338.44 feet to the Point of Beginning This instrument will become Null and Void after completion of the ROAD IMPROVEMENTS Construction Project.
