SUBJECT: Budget Resolutions & Transfers
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from the Executive Office of the Governor Division of Emergency Management
for Emergency Management Preparedness & Assistance Base Grant to provide each county with
the means to successfully manage & operate an emergency management program in the amount
of $105,806.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate
appropriations from the Executive Office of the Governor Division of Emergency Management
for Emergency Management Performance Grant; Federal Emergency Management Agency - for
organizational, planning, training, exercise, equipment and management and administration costs
in the amount of $80,809.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which reflected too much
appropriations Florida Department Children and Families for mental health and drug court case
management grant in the amount of ($1,712).
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Supervisor of Elections - General Fund,
which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of State for 2008 HHS
VOTE Program Grant for Voting Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities grant in the
amount of $6,327.
Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Local Housing Authority Fund, which did
not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Housing Finance Corporation for Fiscal Year
2013/2014 Sadowski Housing Incentive Program (SHIP) distribution grant in the amount of
$376,320.
BT-13-47 - Airport Enterprise Fund - this transfer moves reserves to fund a security checkpoint
exit lane control system, a physical barrier to control the greeting public from entering the secure
area at which arriving passengers will be exiting said secure area. Also, funding is requested for
a cell phone waiting area, which will be an improved roadway area for about 30 cars waiting for
arriving passengers to call by cell phone to arrange curbside pickup in the amount of $700,000.
