STATEMENT OF ISSUE: [PUR] Seeking Board approval to purchase one (1) Tymco/Isuzu
Diesel Powered Sweeper (AP 48-14)
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Airport has requested to purchase one (1) Tymco/Isuzu diesel
powered 4 cubic yard volumetric sweeper. Bids were opened on May 7, 2014 and three (3) bids
were received. The bid from Ingram Equipment Company for $120,478 was the only bid meeting
specifications.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny purchase of One (1) Tymco/Isuzu Diesel Powered Sweeper from
Ingram Equipment for $120,478.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approving purchase of One (1) Tymco/Isuzu Diesel
Powered Sweeper from Ingram Equipment for $120,478.
