Amy and Maryl;
Thank you for all your help on gathering information for installation of a new light in front of the
Breakers. This addition was approved at the April Leaseholders meeting and we respectfully
request that the Board of County Commissioners approve the installation of a new light and the
charge for this monthly service will be $14.62 with no charge for installation. Amy, please let
me know if there is anything else you need from us to move forward on this matter. Thank you.

Maryl/Cathy,
Attached is a letter from Carrie Ely from Gulf Power in reference to the street light that has been
requested at the intersection of Santa Rosa Blvd and the west parking lot of the Breakers. There
is no installation cost. The additional monthly fee that will be added to the MSBU is $14.62.
Please let me know if the MSBU would like me to proceed in presenting this to the BCC for
approval.
Thank you!

Carrie,
Please see the email below and the attached letter requesting a new streetlight on Santa Rosa
Blvd. on Okaloosa Island between the Breakers of FWB and the Best Western Hotel. The
request has been approved by the Okaloosa Island Lease Holders Association MSBU Sub
Committee. Please provide a cost estimate for the installation of the new light. Once the cost
estimate is received an agenda item will be prepared to present the request to the Board of
County Commissioners for approval and signing of the contract.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Dear Amy Allen;
Mrs. Bednar said you were the proper contact as our liason for the OILA Street Lights MSBU with the
County. OILA approved the request for a streetlight to be added to the pole as described in the attached
letter. Please place this for approval before the Board of County Commissioners and let me know if any
questions. Once it is approved who contacts Gulf Power? Please let me know and thank you for your
help.
