STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board needs to give consideration to and approve the attached
resolution pertaining to rules of procedure for BCC meetings.
BACKGROUND: Staff and the County legal team have developed a resolution to address rules
of procedure for meetings of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners as requested.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution addressing rules of
procedure for BCC meetings.
