Subject: East County Pump Station- Metal Building Bid (WS82-14) Recommendation
Jack,
OCWS staff concurs with the recommendation from our consultants to award the bid for the Pre-Engineered
Metal Building for the East County Repump Station Project (WS 82-14) to Jimmy Henderson II Construction,
they being the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting spec. We recommend bid award for the low
base bid for a lump sum total of $209,477.00 with a substantial completion time of 120 days from receipt of the
County Notice to Proceed. A copy of the letter of recommendation from Constantine Engineering is attached to
this email in the form of a .pdf file.
Mark Wise will be sending you a copy of the appropriate budget page and any other paperwork that you
require.
If you have any questions or require additional information, please let me know.
