The activities that are included are described in "Scope of Servli,ces." SCOPE OF SERVICES The CONTRACTOR (World Fiber Technologies, Inc.) agrees to perform the technical and construction related services in accordance with contract C 16­ 2354-IT dated December 1st, 2015 as requested and directed by the OWNER. 1. Emergency Response Level I, II, or III as necessary to react quickly to scheduled or unscheduled fiber optic outages. 2. Furnishing and ins talling 2" conduit, pull boxes, splice enclosures, fiber opl"ic cabl.e, terminations, splices andtroubleshool"ing and any other related ma terials, equipment or labor to properly maintain or extend the county fiber optic network on an as-needed basis. 2  Okaloosa County Information Technology Fiber Optic Maintenance Contract Number C 16-2354-IT Task Order 3 COMPENSAlilON PROVISIONS As compensation for providing the services under this Task Order, the OWNER shall pay the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the December 1sf, 2015 agreement for the actual work compl.eted and accepted by the OWNER . Invoicing must show specific quantities and grouped by each assigned task with sufficient detail to fully report results, conclusions, and recommendations as required. Each invoice will also show total to date and remainder under this task order. The Not to Exceed (NTE) amount for this task order is: __$100,000.00_ __ PERIOD OF SERVICE The schedule for the services provided under this task order shall be in accordance with the December 1sf, 2015 agreement and will remain in effect until the NTE amount is reached or otherwise terminated by the OWNER.
